Feruzbek Miyliyev

Biography

Feruzbek Miyliyev leads and coordinates international projects. His career combines executive work in Uzbekistan with several years inside Chinese companies in construction, business development and energy trading — the counterparties much of GIIG’s portfolio depends on.

From 2023 to 2025 he was Chief Executive Officer of Open Grants MCHJ, responsible for the company as a whole: operational and commercial processes, partner relationships, task setting and implementation control.

Between 2020 and 2023 he was International Project Manager at three Chinese companies in turn — Hebei Jizhong City Construction Group, Fuqiao Business Development Hebei and Qingdao Kaihe Energy Trading. Across them he coordinated international projects and the parties to them: schedules, documentation and approvals, negotiations, and the operational questions that surface once a project is under way.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Huangshan University (2014–2018) and a second in Mobile Communication Technology from Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering (2020).
