Nodirabegim Yusupova

Biography

Nodirabegim Yusupova is a commercial lawyer. Her work covers in-house legal support, regulatory compliance, and the contractual and operational documentation that cross-border projects depend on.

From 2021 to 2025 she worked at The Furious Inc, an international logistics company, in an in-house legal capacity: supporting corporate and operational matters, drafting and reviewing legal and internal documentation, and contributing to the legal structuring of the company’s activities. The role also covered compliance and safety processes — documentation for driver onboarding and operations, compliance records, the identification of operational risk and violations, incident handling and corrective action.

Earlier she completed an internship at Notary Office No. 6 in Andijan, working on contracts, property transaction documentation, powers of attorney and official declarations, and worked as a sales manager at Algorithm Gateway IT & FinTech, presenting IT and fintech services and supporting negotiations.

She holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Commercial Law from Westminster International University in Tashkent (2020–2024, Second Class Honours), read international foundation studies at the London Graduate School of Business, and studied accounting at Andijan Polytechnic College.

Uzbek and Russian are her native languages; she works in English at professional level.
